1. Character Trading Card:
Create a trading card for your favorite story character(s)! Character selection is an important step. Next, answer some questions about the character and story. A planning sheet is available to help you think about your character and what you want to include on your trading card. When finished, design your card on sturdy paper making a front side and a back side. Cut out the two pieces, and tape them together to make a two-sided card. Be sure to include a drawing of your character or search online for a picture to print and attach to one side of your trading card.
2. Book Review:
Book reviews don't have to be difficult and can help you dig deep into your reading! Writing a book review allows you to give your opinion about a book. Here are things to include in your book review:
Title and author of the book; a brief summary of the book; the book’s strengths and weaknesses; your personal response to the book (what you like and dislike); would you recommend it?
